This residence was designed specifically for returning clients who are empty nesters looking for a bit more elbow room for housing and entertaining their children and many grandchildren when they are in town.

HIGHLAND VILLAGE

Ivanhoe is under construction on a 2 1/2 story, 4500 square foot Acadian style custom home for a young  family. The light filled C shaped design has a central courtyard with a pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, and an ample outdoor living area. This client is building their new custom home with our team for the second time now that the family has grown, and their needs have changed.

ROUND TOP

Ivanhoe has sold our 10.6 acre property in Round Top and is currently working with the new owners to design and build a stunning wedding venue. This venue will include a chapel at the highest elevation of the property, a tasteful and accommodating reception hall, large garden area and casitas for accommodations.
